Entrance to Shri Rana Mandala Mukhya Prana temple. The deity of Shri Anjaneya was installed by Shri Vyasaraja. It is told that there are close to about 200-250 Mukhya PraNa idols installed by Shri Vyasaraja in & around Yadavagiri (Adavani - Adoni) Kshetra.
It is said that Shri Rama with Lakshmana and Vanara Sainya stayed at this place. During their stay few demons tried troubling Shri Rama. Shri Mukhya PraNa fought & killed them.
Shri Vyasaraja being an aparOxa j~jAni and having known this installed the deity of Shri Mukhya PraNa and aptly called this place RANA MANDALA.
